What happens after you order
You tell us where to come
Name, number and address. Thirty seconds. That is the entire form, and it is the only paperwork between you and a scheduled install.
We call or text, usually the same day
Two questions: what your countertop is, and whether there is already a spare hole at the sink. That is the whole site check for a system this size.
We schedule the install
When the system is in stock, that is usually within five days of your order. When stock runs further out, you get the real date on that same call, before anything is scheduled.
A licensed Alabama plumbing contractor does the work. Ninety minutes is typical. Leave the cabinet as it is, and get on with your day while we work.
You drink the water
We show you the faucet, the shutoff and how the cartridges change. Then we clean up, hand the kitchen back and leave you to it.

Granite or quartz countertops sometimes need a hole drilled for the faucet, and a few cabinets need a drain line run further than usual. Those are the two things that can change the number, and we confirm the final price with you before scheduling, the invoice matches the figure you agreed to on the phone. The full list of what can change a price is published here.
What it is certified for
IAPMO R&T certifies this configuration to NSF/ANSI 58 and CSA B483.1, including PFOA and PFOS reduction. The manufacturer's performance data sheet lists the substances by name: barium, cadmium, copper, fluoride, hexavalent chromium, lead, pentavalent arsenic, radium 226/228, selenium, total dissolved solids, trivalent chromium, turbidity, and PFOA/PFOS
On PFOA and PFOS it publishes figures. Minimum reduction 98.77%, average 99.26%. We will hand you the data sheet
We don't say this system "removes PFAS". PFAS is thousands of compounds; the certification names two of them, and reduction under a listing is a different statement from removal
We make no microplastics claim for it. No listing we hold names them
Birmingham's water meets every federal and state standard, and the utility publishes its results every year. Those results are here. What this system changes is taste at the tap you drink from, and what the certification above covers.
